We are a service provider that promotes training and development of unemployed youth and people with disability. We partner with clients to refocus their skills efforts to include unemployed youth , 18 years old such that the future skills pool is developed and equipped to become employed. Our learnership and graduate programmes processes are effectively used as work preparation and employee engagement processes so that there is effective retention of unemployed learners. We recruit and train black people in proportion to the Economically Active Population (E.A.P) demographics, as this is how skills are now measured in the Revision of the Codes of Good Practice (RCoGP). Our work is focused on improving institutional capacities to enable persons with visual and physical impairments to find employment and receive support through ICT based solutions.
